I have been seeing Kelly for a few years now, at first more intensively and now for maintenance. I truly admire the positive force she is for health & healing in this world. She has a really versatile skill set and has helped me with some of the biggest transitions in my life. I always leave feeling empowered and better about myself and would recommend her to anyone who takes responsibility for their own growth and is really motivated to heal, change, or transform.

I started seeing Kelly after a relationship ended and I was growing increasingly dissatisfied with my job. I felt like I had lost my way and was struggling with feeling alone and unsure what to do. When a friend suggested seeing Kelly, I was willing to try it despite the fact that I have never been to therapy before. While I was nervous, I found Kelly to be truly caring, skillful, supportive, and insightful. She helped me to see things that I couldn't because I was overwhelmed with lots of different feelings and thoughts. In the beginning I went more frequently and then adjusted as I felt better. Kelly really customizes her sessions and it feels like she has my best interests at heart so I never felt pressured to schedule lots of sessions. I would totally recommend Kelly!

When I first went to Kelly I was experiencing a lot of anxiety, stress, and fear. From being a new mom, having just moved, maintaining my job, to losing a parent, I thought I was losing my mind. She helped me with each one of these things so I didn't feel alone in navigating all these changes. Calm & peaceful, she not only listened compassionately but taught me skills I could use when things felt too overwhelming; she also has a wisdom beyond her years. I have emerged from these experiences a stronger, more empowered, more balanced person and I thank Kelly more than I can say for helping me through.

I called Kelly when I was facing some intense struggles in my life with relationship, career, and my health. Her patient, calm, caring demeanor helped me to feel instantly comfortable and trusting of her. In the 6 months that I have seen her, she has helped me immensely, so much so that I feel like a different person living a much better life.
